Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or customer errors in submitted details. Defective or Damaged Products We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a number plate that is defective, damaged during transit, or not as per the approved design, we will replace it at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement: * Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. * Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage. * Return the defective product if requested by our team. Once we confirm the issue, a replacement will be processed promptly. Non-Replacement Cases We do not offer replacements for: * Mistakes in submitted details (e.g., spelling errors, incorrect plate number). * Customer preference changes after order confirmation. * Wear and tear from regular use or improper handling.
